It’s been in my private collection for a good few years … now my semi retirement looms and the Sale of the Chateaus interior gets underway ..
it’s come up for Sale …

Old linen typically 18thc french original.. lined the backing ..
then a later calico is protecting it …
Condition of the toile top is very good … just a couple of early original mends absolutely no detraction from the Overall beauty of this piece…
